General conditions

  • Haritha Villas + Spa is a boutique resort for single travelers, couples and honeymooners. Due to this we can cater to guests above 16 years of age only.
  • All room rates are quoted in US Dollars per room per night basis, inclusive of breakfast for 2 people, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks and local beers), service charge and the prevailing government taxes.
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults in contemporary villas; 4 adults in a colonial mansion; 8 adults in full estate colonial mansions.
  • Check in – 14.00 hrs. & checkout – 12.00 hrs.
    Early check –in or late-check – out free of charge, subject to room availability.
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights during the festive season (20 th of December- 7 th of January).
  • Payment terms: All payments to be done prior to the arrival.


Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancelations should be advised in writing and will take effect the day they are received.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100%.
  • Cancellations received within 8-14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50%.
  • Festival season bookings (20 th of December- 7 th of January) are not refundable.
  • No shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the room rate for the entire booking period.
