GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Haritha Villas + Spa is a boutique resort for couples, honeymooners and travelers seeking peace and tranquility in maximum privacy.
  • All room rates are quoted in US Dollars per room per night basis, inclusive of breakfast for 2 people, service charge and the prevailing government taxes.
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults in a Contemporary Villa; 5 adults in Colonial Mansion 1-bedroom; 6 adults in Colonial Mansion 2-bedroom ; 11 adults in the full estate Colonial mansions.
  • Extra beds are available for the Colonial Mansions only, chargeable at 120 USD per person per night
  • Check in – 14.00 hrs. & checkout – 12.00 hrs.
    Early check –in or late-check – out free of charge, subject to room availability.
  • Minimum stay during the festive season (20 th of December- 7 th of January) is 3 nights.
  • All Special Requests such as dietary requirements, allergies or special occasions should be communicated to the resort at the time of reservation.
  • We are always committed toward providing a healthy environment for our valuable guests, therefor smoking is restricted to designated areas.
  • Complimentary tuk-tuk to Narigama beach (only 3 min away)
  • Payment terms: All payments to be done prior to the arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

    For all bookings (amended, postponed, new bookings) made until 19th Dec 2022, the following flexible cancellation will apply:

  • Free cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in full charge.
  • If travel to Sri Lanka / Haritha Villas + Spa is prohibited due to government advisory notifications or if a client has tested positive within 7 days of arrival, then options for rebooking or refund will be applicable based on receipt of medical report.
